Named-color matching uses the CSS / X11 color names (public domain) together with an original set of descriptive paint-style color names created by WallSplash. The descriptive names are generic and original to WallSplash and are not affiliated with, or derived from, any paint manufacturer's proprietary color names.
The "Paint & color stories" feed displays headlines, short excerpts, and thumbnails from the public RSS feeds of third-party publishers (for example, Dezeen, Design Milk, and Apartment Therapy), with attribution and a link to the original article. All such content remains the copyright of its respective publisher. WallSplash claims no ownership of third-party articles and links to the original source for full reading.
WallSplash is built with open-source software, including React Native, Expo, and other libraries, each used under its respective open-source license (primarily the MIT License).
